Islamabad United set Multan Sultan 92 to win in 9 overs

Islamabad United scored 91 by losing seven wickets against Multan Sultans in a rain-shortened 9-overs-a-side match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
Top-scorer was C Monro with 25 runs. Multan Sultans’ Junaid Khan and Imran Tahir got two wickets each and restricted the Islamabad United team at 91 runs.
After winning the toss Multan Sultans opted to field first against Islamabad United team in the 22nd match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020.
Earlier, the toss was delayed due to wet conditions at the ground. The match was now reduced to nine overs per side.
Both teams had come face to face five times so far with Islamabad United winning three matches and Multan Sultans two.
