Threat Alert on Eid issued as two Afghan suicide bombers enter Pakistan

After receiving some threats of terrorism on Eid-ul-Fitr, the Sindh government Saturday issued letters to police and rangers officers for security measures, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

According to the details mentioned in the letter issued by the Interior Ministry of Sindh about the fresh terrorism threats, two suicide bombers having getup of females had been entered Pakistan from Afghanistan.

The letter further disclosed that the suicide attackers belonging to Tehreek-e-Taliban had stayed at a residence of Babu near Mehran Hotel at Station Road, Sukkur couple of days ago and then moved to some unknown place.

Both the terrorists were expecting making plan to hit some sensitive place during the Eid gatherings, the letter said urging to take security measures to stop them.

Following the hints of the presence of terrorists in Sukkur, Sindh police and rangers held a joint search operation in the city and suburb areas but both the suicide bombers were escaped.

Interior Ministry for Sindh issued the letter to Sindh Ranger Director General, Sindh Inspector General Police and Aditional Inspector General Police.
