Higher Secondary Education (HSE) Board, Karachi Monday announced new dates for the exams postponed due to the lockdown imposed in view of the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Announcing the new schedule, Inter-Board Chairman Dr Saeeduddin said now the paper of Botany would be held todatoday (Tuesday on August 10) while that of Zoology on August 11.

He further said the paper of Economics would be conducted on August 12.

He said that the exams postponed on July 31 would be held on August 10 while those put off on August 2 would be held on August 11. 

“Similarly the papers which were due to be held on August 3 and August 4 will now be conducted on August 12, August 13, respectively,” the chairman explained.

Dr Saeeduddin made it clear that timings and centres of exams had not been changed.
