A domestic private airline plane flying to Karachi made an emergency landing back to Lahore after developing a technical glitch on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to sources, as soon as the Serene Airline Flight No. ER523 took off from Lahore to Karachi, it developed some technical fault in its engine. The pilot of the aircraft contacted the ATC authorities which allowed him to bring the plane back to the Lahore airport. 

The pilot safely landed the aircraft and all passengers were safe, sources said adding that engineers of the airline were trying to remove the fault in engine.
