The Utility Stores contrary to the increase in rates in markets have slashed the price of the premium-brand ghee by 12 rupees per kilogram, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Now one kilogram of ghee is available for Rs499 and five-kg carton at Rs2,525 at the Utility Stores in Karachi.

For Utility Stores other than Karachi, the price of five-kilogram ghee carton is reduced by Rs50 and it is now available for Rs2,530.
