Noor Muqaddam Case: Killers’ parents to appear in SC for bail on Monday

Detained parents of the killer of Noor Muqaddam will appear before the Supreme Court (SC) for their bail in the murder case on Monday.

The 24News HD TV channel reported on Saturday that the SC has set the bail case of Noor Muqaddam murder accused Zahir Jaffar’s parents.

The report said that a three-member bench headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial would hear the case on Monday, October 11.

Supreme Court judges Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin would be part of the bench, the report said adding that the court had also issued notices to Advocate General Islamabad and other parties.

Murderer Zahir Jaffer’s father Zakir Jaffar and mother Ismat Adamjee have approached the Supreme Court for bail after the rejection of their plea for bail in the Islamabad High Court.
