Railway traffic between Lahore and Rawalpindi was suspended after a bogey of a goods train derailed in Wazirabad on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to authorities, there were no trains running between Lahore and Rawalpindi for the last three hours as heavy machinery was being used to clear the track by again attaching the bogey with the train.

The incident happened near Wazirabad Junction Railway Station and many trains have been stopped midway as the track was being cleared.
