Friday holiday declared for education sector in Punjab

Government and private schools, colleges and universities across Punjab will have a holiday on Friday also which means the education department will observe four-day week, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to notification, educational institutions will be open four days a week.
Schools will be open from 8 am to 1:30 pm while schools will be open in the second shift from 1 pm to 5:30 pm.
In this regard, School Education Department has issued a notification of the new schedule and timings of schools.
