Old vendetta kills four of family in Larkana

Four people of the same family, including two women, died and two others were critically wounded when armed assailants entered their house and opened fire on them in Larkana City over an old enmity, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The firing incident took place in the Green Town area of Larkana City.

The dead persons were identified as Zareena (mother), 55, Zameer (son), 36, Roshan Ali (son), 26, and Saima Mugheri (daughter), 26. 

Police said that the head of the family, Bund Ali, and his four-year-old niece, Kajli Mugheri, seriously injured in the incident.

All the accused fled away from the scene after the firing. Police said that the firing incident occurred due to an old enmity in the Mugheri tribe.

Police further revealed that a murder case of Asghar Ali was registered against the dead persons. Larkana Police constituted different teams to apprehend the accused.
