Two people sustained wounds in a blast at the Custom intelligence officer at Quetta airport, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Sunday. 

The office caught fire after the blast which was cited as a cylinder explosion at the airport of the Baluchistan capital.

Backed by lawmen, rescuers rushed to the site. Five vehicles are busy extinguishing the fire.

According to an eyewitness, he came out of his home after hearing the noise.

He said he saw the customs security guards tied with ropes and the building was on fire.
