Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday had a head injury after being hit by a flyover pillar, reported24NewsHD TV channel.

The former foreign minister was standing on a truck, part of PTI caravan heading to the federal capital.

Qureshi had an accident when the march was passing through Gujranwala. According to sources in Rescue 1122, he was provided emergency aid on the spot and he was out of danger now.
