Cop arrested for harassing female colleague in Kasur

A police constable has been arrested in Kasur for harassing his female colleague and preparing a fake nikah nama to show her as his wife, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Lady Constable Gulfishan had lodged a complaint that Constable Asghar Ali, through text messages and calls, had been threatening her that he would throw acid at her and administer her a lethal injection.
She further alleged that Asghar had also prepared a fake nikah nama despite the fact that she was already married.
Taking immediate notice of her complaint, Acting DPO Kasur Muhammad Ziaul Haq ordered the police to arrest the constable.
