Dissolution of KP assembly: Numerous MPAs oppose Imran Khan

Over the issue of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan's announcement to dissolve the provincial assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), many legislators opposed the idea.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, keeping in view the opposition from the legislators, Imran Khan has called the KP parliamentary party meeting on Saturday to take the legislators in confidence on the matter.
The sources said that many members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly are against the dissolution and PTI Chairman Imran Khan made telephone contact with KP Chief Minister Mahmood Khan to discuss the issue on Friday.
The sources said Imran Khan has strictly instructed the KP CM to ensure the participation of all members in the party parliamentary session on Saturday.
The sources said that Imran Khan also instructed Mehmood Khan that he should take strict action against those who remain absent from the meeting.
The sources said Imran Khan and Mehmood Khan had a detailed discussion about the members opposing the dissolution of the Assembly.
It is worth mentioning here that Imran Khan has also called the party parliamentary meetings in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Saturday, and Sindh and Balochistan on Sunday.
