Kylie Jenner's bold move in Timothée Chalamet romance sends fans into frenzy

Kylie Jenner has just taken a major step forward in her relationship with Hollywood heartthrob Timothée Chalamet, leaving fans buzzing.

The 27-year-old beauty mogul followed her boyfriend of two years on Instagram, marking a rare public acknowledgement of their ongoing romance.

The move surprised many, as Kylie only follows 119 accounts on the platform, while boasting a staggering 393 million followers.

While Timothée, 29, doesn’t follow anyone,  Kylie’s gesture is being widely viewed as a sign of how serious things have become between the couple.

The pair, who were first romantically linked in early 2023 after attending the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show in Paris, have since kept much of their relationship under wraps.

They made their first public appearance at Beyoncé’s concert in September 2023 and since then, they’ve shared multiple moments at high-profile events, including the US Open, Golden Globes, and courtside at several New York Knicks games.

The couple even walked the red carpet together for the first time on May 7, 2025, at the 70th David di Donatello Awards in Rome – a move many viewed as their official red carpet debut as a couple.

Insiders say Kylie and Timothée have grown increasingly close over the past year, with the Kardashians star enjoying a steady, no-pressure romance after her on-again, off-again relationship with rapper Travis Scott.

“She’s having fun and feels relaxed in this relationship,” one source said. “It’s a different energy than she’s used to.”

Despite a false breakup rumour in August 2023, the pair have remained very much together.
