Man, son shot dead over children’s brawl in Lahore

A man and his son were shot dead after elders jumped into a brawl of children in Hanjarwal area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to police, the brawl started with bitter words of trivial importance. It, however, turned violent later, leaving a man and his son dead in firing by the rivals.

The slain were identified as 50-year-old Ashraf and 30-year-ol Azeem Ashraf.

The accused made their escape good after the incident. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to a morgue after legal proceedings. Both the rival parties belonged to same family.

Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Bilal Siddique Kamyana took notice of the incident and ordered early arrest of the accused.
