Two dacoits killed in two encounters with Lahore police

As many as two dacoits were shot dead during two separate police encounters in the Township and Kahna areas of Lahore, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Monday.

Sources from the Crime Control Department (CCD) stated that both dacoits were killed by the gunfire of their own colleagues.

One dacoit who was killed in police encounter in Kahna was identified as Aslam Shah while identity of other dacoit is still unknown.

Sources further said that all the CCD personnel remained unhurt during these encounters and all the companions of dead dacoits fled away from the scene taking advantage of the darkness.

It is necessary to mention here, that Crime Control Department failed to arrest any colleague of dacoits while no police personnel received injuries during these encounters.
