Lahore police arrest wife over canal husband's body disposal

Lahore police on Sunday arrested a man and the wife of a murdered man in connection with the killing, after the victim’s body was reportedly thrown into a canal, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
The main accused, Rizwan Shah, along with the deceased’s wife, was taken into custody in relation to the murder of Asif.
Police alleged that Rizwan Shah, with the assistance of his lover, the victim’s wife, committed the murder.
Following the arrests, authorities recovered the victim’s body and sent it to the hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
