Sindh Bar results: lawyers celebrate victory with aerial firing

Unofficial results of elections for 16 seats of Karachi of the Sindh Bar Council are out as lawyers resort to aerial firing to celebrate the win of candidates, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Karachi Bar President Amir Nawaz Warraich and Ameer Bux Metlo Advocate have emerged victorious from district South of the port city, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Similarly, Abdul Hafeez Lashari Advocate, Tehmasap Rizvi Advocate, Zubair Ahmad Abro Advocate and Rasheed Rajarr have also won their seats from district South.

Aimal Kasi, Samsam Khan, Haq Nawaz Talpar and Naeem Qureshi have emerged as winners from District Central.

Ishtiaq Memon, Jahangir Rahujo, Waqar Alam Abbasi and Jan Muhammad Naif have won their seats from District East.

Arun Prasad has won his seat from District West, while Riaz Bhatti from district Malir.
