Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday prayed for early recovery of US President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump from coronavirus.

The premier took to social-networking website Twitter and posted, "Wishing President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump speedy recovery from COVID-19."

The reaction came after President Donald Trump said that he and his wife Melania had tested positive for COVID-19 and were going into quarantine, upending the race for the White House.
"We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!" the president said in a late-night tweet.
