Gold price crashes in Pakistan
The gold prices Wednesday saw a huge dip in the country after seeing a continuous surge in the recent weeks.
According to the Sindh Barter Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan has been reduced by Rs. 2,500 to Rs 115,200 while 10-gram of gold per tola has been reduced by Rs. 2,144 to Rs. 98,765, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The price of 22 carat gold has gone up to Rs. 95,535 per 10-gram.
The price of gold per ounce during trading in the world market has come down by 31 to 1,959.
According to experts, the rise in the value of the dollar in the market after the report of a boom in industrial activities in the United States saw a decline in gold purchases and prices.
