PM praises forces’ bravery who repulsed terror attack in Balochistan

Prime Minister Imran Khan has eulogized the efforts of brave security forces who thwarted terrorists' attempt to storm security forces’ camps at Panjgur and Naushki in Balochistan late Wednesday reiterating that the entire nation stands united behind their security forces who are rendering great sacrifices to protect them, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Prime Minister posted a tweet on Thursday saying: “We salute our brave security forces who repulsed terrorist attacks against security forces' camps in Panjgur & Naushki, Balochistan. The nation stands united behind our security forces who continue to give great sacrifices to protect us.”

The security forces thwarted terrorists' bid to storm security forces’ camps at two locations, Panjgur and Naushki in Balochistan late Wednesday. A soldier embraced martyrdom during an exchange of intense fire and four terrorists were killed as the troops retaliated.

Last week, 10 soldiers embraced martyrdom in the Kech attack. A soldier was martyred after terrorists attacked a military post in Bannu's Janikhel earlier

On January 5, two soldiers were martyred and as many terrorists killed in two separate ops by security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Last month, four soldiers of the Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom in an exchange of fire with terrorists during an IBO in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan tribal district.
