HEC to hold skill contest for IT graduates

In a major development, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) announced to hold National Skill Competition Test for Information Technology (IT) graduates on April 4 to 5 across the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Students in the seventh and eighth semesters will be eligible to participate in the Test, which will be held at no charge.
Successful candidates will be awarded certificates. These candidates will have the opportunity for internships and certification programmes worldwide.
The division of Universiities will be according to students' qualifications.
