PCB withholds PSL 11 broadcast rights for India region

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided not to sell broadcast rights for the India region for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), a move that will prevent Indian audiences from watching the tournament, 24NewsHD TV reported on Tuesday. 

In a statement, the PCB said PSL 11 matches would not be telecast in India, marking a significant decision related to the league’s international media strategy.

The board clarified that media rights for all other regions have been sold, ensuring global coverage of the tournament outside India.

“As a result of this decision, cricket fans in India will not be able to watch PSL matches,” the PCB said.

The 11th edition of the PSL is scheduled to begin on March 26, with matches set to be broadcast live across the rest of the world.

The PCB said the latest decisions were part of broader planning for PSL 11, as the league continues to expand its global reach.
