In response to the backlash, Akram shared another video in which he apologized to those offended by his words. He emphasized that people often focus on minor flaws in statements, overlooking the core message being conveyed.
While expressing regret for any offense caused, Akram maintained the essence of his original advice, highlighting the health risks of overeating and urging moderation in food consumption. “The truth is often hard to hear,” he remarked, adding a prayerful note, “May Allah guide us all.”
