Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zulfi Bukhari has withdrawn his British nationality reported 24NewsHd TV channel Saturday.

The PTI leader was a dual national with both Pakistan and UK passports. 

The British Home Office has issued a letter in this regard.

Zulfi Bukhari also confirmed the development and said that now he would fight for ‘real independence’ along with PTI Chief Imran Khan.

Zulfi is a close aide of PTI chairman Imran Khan and is likely to contest next election for the National Assembly from an Attock constituency.
