PML-N calls for end to ‘Corona Tiger Force Show’
PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb criticised Prime Minister Imran Khan for the timing of his actions, saying that he was opening langar at the time of giving construction sector a relief package.
The prime minister is giving a relief package for the construction sector when the daily wagers, poor and jobless do not have bread to eat and the people are dying of coronavirus, Marriyum remarked.
The PML-N spokesperson, in a statement, questioned whether the djinns would run the construction industry in the current situation.
She said there was a flour shortage in the country, as she especially mentioned the situation in Punjab and added that the utility stores were not supplied with essential items.
Marriyum also asked if the power and gas bills could be delivered to the people then why relief items were not. Deliver the relief items through those who were distributing the bills, she said while calling for ending the “Corona Tiger Force show”.
She said the level of the prime minister’s understanding could be gauged by the fact that he was advising the labourers for online registration.
