The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hear the case of PML-Q Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain on Friday, reported 24 News HD TV Channel.   

Shujaat Hussain filed an application in ECP to stop the intra-party elections of PML-Q. 

The petition said that the intra-party election is going to be held on August 10 without the permission of the party president and secretary general. The Election Commission should fix tomorrow for hearing the application on an emergency basis. As a result of which, the ECP has fixed the hearing for tomorrow.
