Public holiday announced on August 14

The Punjab government has announced a public holiday on August 14 to mark Independence Day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The Welfare Wing has sent a notification in this regard to all the departments.
According to the notification, all offices and Civil Secretariat departments will remain closed on August 14.
