The federal government has rejected the rumours about the IMF condition to make mandatory Imran khan’s signature, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Social media is abuzz with rumours that the donor has made ex-PM Imran’s endorsement a must for the ninth review of the $7 billion Extended Fund Facility (EFF). 

The IMF has imposed the condition to withdraw subsidies on electricity and gas, official sources said.

The insiders added the fund also conditioned calling off subsidies on the export sector. 

However, they hoped the matter is expected to be settled with the IMF.
