After days of speculation and a cryptic first look, the mystery behind the initials ALBM has been revealed: they stand for Aag Lagay Basti Mein. The newly released teaser promises a whirlwind of chaos, comedy, crime, and consequences.

Shared simultaneously by Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa on Instagram, the teaser arrives with a dramatic caption: “Crisis ignites. Confusion explodes. Chaos takes over…”

Presented by ARY Films, Salman Iqbal Films, and Big Bang Films, the Eidul Fitr 2026 release also stars Javed Sheikh and Tabish Hashmi, none of whom appear to be playing it safe.

The teaser begins with a modern retelling of a classic fable: a woodcutter and his wife have a chicken that lays one gold egg a day.

Contentment isn’t enough; greed drives them to slaughter the bird for instant wealth, and they are left with nothing but regret. This moral sets the tone for the film’s universe of messy, high-stakes consequences.

Against this backdrop, Khan and Mustafa are introduced as cleaners, at least initially. Khan sweeps floors, while Mustafa casually wipes bathroom tiles, their working-class personas quietly moving through spaces that aren’t theirs.
