Three dacoits killed in police encounter in Karachi

Three dacoits were gunned down, and one was arrested in critical condition during a police encounter inside a house in Karachi, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday.

The incident took place in Buffer Zone Sector A-1 near the PSO Petrol Pump located in Karachi.

Deputy Inspector-General (DIG) of police, West Irfan Baloch, said that these dacoits entered a house to commit robbery.

The DIG further revealed that the neighbours of the victims informed the police team. Due to the timely response of the police, all the dacoits escaped amid aerial firing.

The DIG further said that the dacoits had died during an exchange of fire, while police also seized weapons and snatching goods from their custody.

Dacoits snatch motorcycle goods from cops in Sehwan

Some robbers held policemen hostage and snatched a motorcycle and other valuables from them.

The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Khanot Police Station in Sehwan. A man who was sitting in a car made a video of the incident.

Police failed to reach the site despite receiving timely information.
