Share prices crash at Pakistan Stock Exchange

Share prices at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) crashed on Thursday, a day after the PTI government suffered a setback in the Senate elections, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The defeat of Finance Minister Dr Hafeez Shaikh at the hands of PDM candidate and former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has sent shockwaves among investors who exercised caution as the stock market opened on Thursday.
The share prices a loss of 1,040 points as the trading was set into motion today. The Index could not stay above 45150 as it was down by 2.2 percent in the early trading.
