Seven injured in bomb blast outside Quetta mosque

At least seven people were injured in a bomb blast outside a mosque in Quetta on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The blast took place near Wali Gate on Saryab Road prompting the security forces to cordon off the area. The wounded were shifted to the Civil Hospital for treatment. The incident took place after Friday prayers.
According to the police, the explosives were planted on a bike that was exploded through remote control.
A CCTV video showed worshippers coming out of the mosque as an explosion was heard and plumes of smoke rose from a motorcycle on fire.
The explosion was caused only by the detonator which failed to impact the explosives fitted to the motorcycle.
