Lahore doctor found dead in hospital parking after three days missing
Dr Ahmad Latif was incharge of Children’s Hospital's Blood Bank: Police collect evidence and begin investigation as family reported prior disappearance
The body of Dr Ahmed Latif, who had been missing for the past three days, was discovered inside his vehicle at the Children’s Hospital on Sunday, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
Dr Latif, the in-charge of the hospital’s blood bank, was reported missing by his family, who informed hospital authorities after failing to locate him.
Following a search, his vehicle was found in the hospital parking, and his lifeless body was discovered inside, prompting the police to initiate an investigation.
According to police sources, the deceased had reportedly been suffering from depression due to ongoing personal and family issues in recent days.
Authorities have collected evidence from the scene and said a thorough investigation will reveal the exact circumstances surrounding his death.
