Three people were killed and 25 injured when a passenger van went out of control and hit a railway track in Jhelum on Sunday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ill-fated van was travelling to Murree from Lahore when this accident happened due to overspeeding at Dina Bypass in Jhelum.

Two girl students and a 45-year-old man died in the accident. The bodies and the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital. The condition of some of the female students was said to be very serious.
