Two people were killed and four injured in a big explosion near a Kashmir Solidarity Day rally in Quetta on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the police officials, efforts were underway to ascertain the nature of the blast, which occurred near the deputy commissioner's office. Though several vehicles were damaged in the explosion.

The injured people were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
