Preparations for Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) public gathering scheduled to be held in Bannu on Wednesday are underway, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

The channel reported that chairs are being arranged in the Sports Complex while a huge stage is also being set up.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Akram Khan Durrani also visited the venue to inspect arrangements for the event.    

JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman will lead the rally from Dera Ismael Khan to the Sports Complex in Bannu tomorrow which will also be addressed by the PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz.

In a tweet on Tuesday, PML-N senior leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that public awareness is soaring due to the PDM’s democratic struggle.

He said the PDM leadership is spreading the message of their struggle by visiting city after city.

He said this time Punjabi will be the frontline soldiers in the national democratic movement.
