Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a visit to the shrine of Bibi Pakdaman, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Tuesday.

The chief minister reviewed the progress on the ongoing construction and renovation works at the shrine.

He took a round of the shrine and inspected the construction of the dome, ablution room and other parts.

He talked to the workers and heaped praise on their work.

He was also given a briefing on the pace of work and assured of completion of work on time.

The CM expressed satisfaction with the work speed.

The work should be completed before Muharram, he said, adding that high quality should be ensured at all costs

He issued directives to pay compensation to the landowners according to the market rate

Mohsin Naqvi also prayed for the development and prosperity of the country.

Provincial Minister Aamir Mir and the officers concerned were also present.
