Ordinance issued to provide all data to NADRA from agencies

President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi Monday issued the NADRA (Amendment) Ordinance 2021 to provide all required data to the authority from the state agencies.
According to the 24News HDTV channel, the President has made an amendment in Section 7 of the NADRA Ordinance 2000 using his powers under Article 89 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
As per the amendment in the said ordinance, all agencies would be bound to provide submit data to NADRA immediately.
And, a failure to submission of data to NADRA from the agencies would be considered a violation on which action would be taken as per laws.
