Punjab Assembly Speaker said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is active for the betterment of the country's affairs and things are slowly going towards improvement, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Chaudhry Parvez Elahi commented that there should be a Taraqi March (development march) instead of a long march.

 “Imran Khan is leading coalition politics with consultation,” Chaudhry Parvez Elahi further added and said that Imran Khan has raised voice for Kashmir on every platform and he should be credited.

Addressing the organizational meeting of PMLQ of district Gujrat on Saturday, Pervaiz Elahi directed all party workers to prepare for the local bodies elections.

Speaker Punjab Assembly counted the feats of PMLQ era and said, “PMLQ started those projects that never came to mind after the formation of Pakistan. We reopened the doors of Sirat Academy that was locked during the Shahbaz Sharif's tenure.”

“We created institutions for the rehabilitation and education of begging children. We restored patrolling posts to improve law and order situation.

PML-Q leader Wajahat Hussain said, “PML believes in public delivering and our politics aims to serve the people.”

While, Moonis Elahi said, “Political forces should focus on public issues, instead of individual politics and public agenda must go forward.”

“Positive criticism of the opposition can guide the government,” the PMLQ leader further said.
