Since Monday, up to 2,500 Hazaras have been on protest alongside the bodies of miners killed brutally in an attack in Balochistan's Mach area.
The people, stopping the prime minister from visiting Quetta, are not loyal to him, the MWM leader told the journalist at D-Chowk in Islamabad.
The protesters have been bearing with extremely cold weather for the last three days to get their just demand met and the MWM stands by them, he added.
Ethnic Hazaras make up most of the Shia population in Quetta. They have proven to be particularly vulnerable with their distinct Central Asian features making them easy targets for militants.
