Nawaz Sharif extends eid greetings, prays for Pakistan’s prosperity

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif extended heartfelt Eid greetings to the people of Pakistan and the Muslim world after offering Eid prayers on the occasion of Eid ul Adha in London, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Friday.

Speaking to the media following the Eid prayer, Nawaz Sharif expressed his warm wishes, saying, “On this joyous occasion of Eid, may Allah Almighty bless the people of Pakistan with happiness.”

He also prayed for the entire Muslim Ummah, stating, “May Allah grant joy and peace to the Islamic world.”

The PML-N supremo emphasized his hopes for the country's continued progress, adding, “May Allah bless the ongoing journey of Pakistan’s development.”

He further wished for the nation to keep moving forward and continue achieving new milestones of prosperity.
