Wahab Riaz plays trial match for Lahore’s team selection for National T20

Former Test cricketer and PCB Head of Mentors, Wahab Riaz, has made a return to the cricket field, taking part in a Lahore Region Cricket Association trial match at Aligarh Ground.

Representing Lahore Green, Wahab showcased his all-round skills, taking one wicket for 25 runs in three overs and dismissing young batsman Rana Arsalan. With the bat, he contributed 31 runs, including three sixes.

The match was part of an ongoing trial series for team selection ahead of the National T20 Cricket Tournament. Wahab’s participation has sparked interest among cricket fans, raising speculation about a potential comeback to competitive cricket.
