Nawaz training Maryam to replace Shehbaz, says Nabeel Gabol
Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Nabeel Gabol said on Monday that Nawaz Sharif was training Maryam Nawaz for prime minister's office and she would replace Shehbaz Sharif.
Speaking to 24NewsHD TV, Gabol said that Maryam could not become the prime minister by angering the PPP and Sindh.
Gabol quoted Maryam as saying that the chief secretary would tell her that she would throw away Rs10 billion from the helicopter if she is not stopped. He said that such acts are being committed at taxpayers' expense.
The PPP leader said that Maryam should know that 70 percent of the revenue she was talking about comes from Karachi and Sindh. He said that Maryam's statement "our water, our choice" hurt the people of Sindh.
"Tomorrow, we will say 'our sea, our choice'. Tomorrow, we will say that Karachi Port is ours. You will be left with only a dry port," he added.
