Shamiq Saeed wins Hub Rally Auto-Cross Race, clinches fastest driver of the day award

Shamiq Saeed emerged victorious at the Hub Rally Auto-Cross Race, completing the 1.2-kilometre track in an impressive 47.54 seconds, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday.

His dominant performance not only secured him the overall title but also earned him the Fastest Driver of the Day award.

In the Prepared categories, Umer Khuhro won in Prepared B, finishing the course in 48.79 seconds, while Faraz Sherwani claimed Prepared D.

The Stock categories also saw fierce competition. Mubashir topped Stock A, Yasir clinched Stock B, Asim secured victory in Stock C, and Salk Sajid finished first in Stock C (second division).

In the New Drivers category, Daniyal Ahmed secured first place with an impressive run. The category also featured the only female participant, Laiba Hussain, who performed commendably and secured the seventh position.

The event concluded with a showcase of emerging and experienced talent, highlighting the growing popularity of motorsports in the region.
