Medical Board allows Onija’s return to US

American woman Onija was allowed to return to her homeland by a five-member medical board of Jinnah Hospital Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday. 

Professor Chunni Lal, in-charge of the psychology department, said that Onija is suffering from a mental illness which will be cured with time. 

Onija is suffering from a mental illness, bipolar, i.e. mood swings and excessive makeup, excessive demands, and quick temper are included in this disease. 

Sometimes being overly happy, sometimes depressed and disappointed are the symptoms of this disease and Onija has all these symptoms. 

Onija's MRI, CT scan and ultrasound reports are normal but there was a slight problem in the liver and there was anemia, which has been corrected. 

Onija's blood count was 4 hemoglobin earlier and after the blood transfusion it has now reached almost 10. 

People should not make fun of Onija's health because Onija only has a mental illness that will get better with time.

The second meeting of the medical board had just been held in which Onija was allowed to go home.
