PML-N President and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has decided to appear before NAB on June 9 in the assets beyond means and money laundering cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Shehbaz Sharif held consultations with his legal team over the NAB summons. The legal team comprises of Amjad Pervez Advocate and Azam Nazir Tarar.
Moreover, workers from PML-N have been asked to accompany Shehbaz Sharif when he will appear before the NAB on June 9.
Earlier NAB had summoned Shahbaz Sharif on June 9 in both the cases. Moreover, Shehbaz Sharif was also granted a pre-arrest bail by the court and the court had restrained NAB from arresting him till June 17.
It is pertinent to mention that NAB had raided different places earlier this week to arrest Shehbaz Sharif in money laundering and income-beyond-means case but NAB had returned empty-handed and failed to arrest the PML-N leader.
Moreover, these developments come at a time when Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid had already predicted the return of NAB after Eid and arrest of the PML N leader.
