PCB unveils commentary panel for National T20 Cup 2026

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday announced the commentary panel for the National T20 Cup 2026, which is scheduled to run from March 7 to March 18 and will feature ten regional teams competing for the domestic T20 title.

According to 24News, the commentary lineup includes former Pakistan captain Salman Butt, who previously served as an Urdu commentator during the landmark 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) last year.

Butt will be joined by former national cricketer Aiman Anwar.

The panel also features experienced commentators Ali Younis, Shah Faisal, Raja Asad, and Imranullah, who will provide coverage throughout the 12-day tournament.

The competition is set to commence on Saturday at the Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium, also known as Imran Khan Cricket Stadium, in Peshawar.

Ten regional teams will take part in the tournament, with the defending champions Lahore Blues aiming to retain their title.

Lahore Blues have been placed in Group B alongside Abbottabad, Karachi Blues, Multan, and Sialkot.

Meanwhile, Group A comprises Lahore Whites, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Karachi Whites, and Bahawalpur.

The tournament will begin with two Group A fixtures on the opening day.
