PIA to acquire engines for its Airbus A320 fleet

After dealing successfully with its financial duel with Pakistan State Oil (PSO), the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has now decided to purchase engines for its Airbus A320 fleet, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The PIA has issued a tender for the acquisition of fuel-efficient engines of these planes.

The Airlines sought quotations for six or more engines for A320 aircraft.
