A group of senators, comprising Dilawar Khan, Ahmed Khan, Kauda Babar and Naseebullah, called on Opposition Leader in Senate Yousaf Raza Gillani on Wednesday.

According to sources, the visitors deliberated upon the joint strategy in the upper house of the parliament.

Dilawar formed a separate parliamentary group comprising Ahmad Khan, Kauda Babar and Naseeebullah. They signed the nomination of Senator Gillani as opposition leader.

Reportedly, Gillani came down hard on the PML-N for playing blame-game as it had nothing to do with sincere efforts for supremacy of democracy.
